Prepared the grant, designed, implemented and validated the Information Center Expert Help system (ICE/H) for IBM.  Conducted on-site knowledge acquisition using GSS tools and developed a case study on technology innovation and adoption.  Taught undergraduate Introduction to COBOL, Data Structures, Data Communications and Computer Architectures.
